This year’s
Fall/Winter 2012 LA Fashion Weekend at The Gallery at Sunset and Gower Studios,
televised by KTLA Channel 5 and produced by my friend Mikey Koffman, star of the
hit TV show, “The L Word,” was a smashing success. (3/16-3/18)
The show featured
designers from Betsy Johnson, to the new line Romeo and Juliet: inspired by the
Hit TV show, “Gossip Girl.”
And this year, Mikey
Koffman gave us all an extra special little treat: FREE MAKEUP, among with
other things like: Great gift bags with tons of cool stuff in it, an open bar,
and with your RSVP, free admission to the after party hosted by; Skybar at the
Mondrian Hotel located on the Sunset strip.
But this makeup thing
my dear readers, was a lil’ slice of heaven to the Glamazon’s of fashion
weekend! Thanks to the wonderful team at Napoleon Perdis cosmetics, all guest
of LA’s Fashion Weekend we’re able to look just as fabulous as the runway
models, which wore nothing but Napoleon cosmetics all weekend long!
The lovely Claudia
(seen in photo) was one of the teams key makeup artist and changed my life in
less then 5 minutes by simply introducing to me to there amazing new line of
creamy eye liners and the most sheer eye shadows I’ve seen in a long time. I'm
in love with the Napoleon cosmetic’s line, and there’s no going back!
Keeping the mood
beautiful, Pharrell William’s new Qream drink line was my favorite cocktail of the night, it
was sweet, smooth, and a great way to warm up. It was quit cold outside. Not to
mention the brands adorable compacts that were given away... "Inspired by
Royalty, I created this silky drink to celebrate the beautiful, independent and
sophisticated women of today," said
Pharrell Williams. And although I’m not a woman, I have to agree!
